At The Oodie UK, we want you to be completely cozy and satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place your Oodie back into its original packaging or a secure mailing bag with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
